Cold sores are a very common problem that most people do their best to suppress, treat and avoid. These nasty blisters create red, swollen and sore wounds on the lips and adjacent skin. Cold sores are caused by herpes simplex virus (HSV) and spread by direct contact of blisters or utensils which have been contaminated by blister fluid.
Doctors are taught that herpes is for life as the virus lays dormant in the brain tissue between outbreaks. The medical field believes that cold sores are incurable but, with treatment, outbreak frequency and length can be reduced.
Neurological Integration System (NIS) has the ability to locate viruses in glands and tissues. Once located, the brain is made aware of the viral location and is able to rid of the virus from the body all together. NIS has been very successful at eliminating cold sores completely. The treatment is most effective when an outbreak is occurring and it may take approximately 3 treatments during consecutive outbreaks.
